1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DigiSampattu’s website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DigiSampattu provides SEO, content writing, and digital marketing services as described on our website. All service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary information, access, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees are set forth in the service proposal.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work; the balance is due upon delivery.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
- Each service includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal.
- Additional revisions or changes in scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content and deliverables created for you remain your property upon full payment.
- DigiSampattu retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to perform our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is.” DigiSampattu makes no warranties or guarantees regarding specific ranking results or outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
DigiSampattu’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice.
